About Us

WHO WE ARE

Developed directly from within the condominium and homeowners association environment, not as a sideline to real estate sales and rentals, C&S Management is one of Florida's West Coast select few management companies to be an Accredited Association Management Company.

sarasota award 1

We are very proud of this accomplishment, the highest designation a company can receive. New HOA and condominium clients will experience the C&S award winning difference in as little as 90 days or it's free.

C&S Management and all C&S managers are licensed by the state of Florida. C&S is a member of the Community Associations Institute along with the Better Business Bureau and Chamber of Commerce. C&S Management is staffed with four PCAMs, the highest designation awarded to a manager.

bradenton award 1

C&S managers do not simply settle for being state licensed but work hard to achieve higher designations.

Many have been awarded the national AMS designation and or are Board Certified and display the CMCA designation which is awarded by the National Board Certification for Community Association Managers.

Our goal is to fully assist the Association Board of Directors so that Board Members can truly be a Director and Executive, and not the target of problems and time consuming tasks.
