Developed directly from within the community association environment, not as a sideline to real estate sales and rentals, C&S Condominium Management is one of only three management companies in the Manatee-Sarasota area to be an Accredited Association Management Company. We are very proud of this accomplishment, the highest designation a company can receive.

All thirteen C&S managers are licensed by the state of Florida as Community Association Managers and C&S is a member of the Community Associations Institute.

C&S is the only management company in Manatee and Sarasota area staffed with two PCAMs, the highest designation awarded to a manager. C&S managers do not simply settle for being state licensed but work hard to achieve higher designations. Many have been awarded the national AMS designation and or are Board Certified and display the CMCA designation which is awarded by the National Board Certification for Community Association Managers.

Our goal is to fully assist the Association Board of Directors so that they can truly be a Director and Executive, and not the target of problems and time consuming tasks.
