Beneva Ridge is located on 8 acres of land just south of the intersection of Bee Ridge Road and Beneva Road. It’s within walking distance of a Publix, Walgreens, Subway, KFC, Big Lots, Auto Zone, Gym and Home Goods among other stores. Bus lines run along both roads and stops are close by, making this a convenient location for those needing public transportation. We are a condominium community made of Townhomes. There’s a clubhouse, pool, tennis court and basketball court for residence use. Each townhome is provided with basic cable TV services and pest control through the Association fees, along with trash and recycling. Owners pay for their own water/sewer and electric. There are four different floor plans within our project. We have two different two bedroom, 1-1/2 bath floor plans, one each of the three bedroom, 2-1/2 bath and the four bedroom, 2-1/2 bath units. All units have outside storage rooms. For the two bedroom units, the outside storage is in the rear of the unit and contains room for a washer and dryer. For the three and four bedroom units, along with the front outside storage area, there is an interior utility room containing room for a washer and dryer. Our project was built in 1974-1975, and is made of wood and stucco.
