Now You Can Pay Your Fairway Gardens II Maintenace Fee on Line:

Log on to www.cscmsi.com on the bottom of the home page you will find a link to Colonial Bank (Now BB&T) to pay your maintenance fee via your Matercard of Discover Card.

Water Shut Offs:

Owners, when leaving your unit for more than 2 days, we recommend you turn off the water to your unit, for the safety of all units in case there should be a leak. Your unit water turn off is located on the outside wall of the garage. Please familiarize yourself with these valves in case of an emergency. If your valve is not working or broken please contact C&S Management immediately.

Storm and Damage Updated:

This section of the website will be used in the case of a storm to update owner of damage due to a tropical storm. Please check this in the case of a hurricane to get updated reports from the Board or Management Company.
