Committee Help Needed

The Board is looking for volunteers for some of the committees if you are intrested please contact Phil Stewart. YOUR HELP IS NEEDED.

Painting of the Front Steps

All the front steps and stoops have been cleaned and painted for all 104 units.

Smoke Alarms

All owners are asked to check their smoke alarm batteries every 6 months to ensure they are working properly.

Safety Issues

All owners are asked to please pick up after your dogs this is not only a rule in the association, but also a safety issue. Also all owners are asked to keep their Garage doors closes when you are inside as this too is a saferty issue for you and we have see an increasing numbers of unknown persons walking the property.

Meetings:

The Annual Meeting for 2010 was held on 1/20/10 at 7:00pm at the Tara Clubhouse. We did not have a quarum of the owners.

The monthly Board Meetings for 2010 will be held on the third Thursday of the month at the Tara Clubhouse in the room on the north side of the golf cart house.

Please check the Bulletin Board at the mailbox kiosk for agenda's and updates on meeting information or other miscellaneous information. Minutes to meeting and agendas are available in a printable PDF format in the owners section of this website.
