Our Management Team

M.H. Chris Brown, CAM CMCA AMS PCAM

President

After attending Manatee Community College and University of Florida, Chris pursued a career in public service. For nearly twenty years Chris was the Director of the Manatee County Auto Registration Offices and led the team that developed what became the state wide computer network for on-line real time vehicle registration and license plate renewals. Chris was an early CAM license holder when the program began and has gone on to be awarded the highest designation of PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager). A past member of the State of Florida Regulatory Council, Chris was originally appointed by Governor Bush and again appointed by Governor Crist, serving seven of the eight years as the Chair of the seven member Regulatory Council. Chris served as an expert witness/consultant for fifteen years for the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Jessica Christianson, CAM CMCA AMS PCAM

Executive Vice President

Jessica began with C&S while attending college and went on to graduate from USF with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration as well as a second bachelor's degree in accounting. A Licensed Community Association Manager, Jessica is also nationally Board Certified by the National Board Certification of Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM) and has been awarded the CMCA designation. Jessica has been awarded the AMS designation from the Community Associations Institute and has also received the highest designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). 

Ellen Brown, CAM CMCA AMS PCAM

Vice President 

Ellen is a graduate from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Ellen worked part time at C&S as a teenager and then became a fulltime Community Association Manager. In addition to being a Licensed Community Association Manager, Ellen is nationally Board Certified by the National Board Certification of Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM) and has been awarded the CMCA designation. Ellen also been awarded the AMS designation from the Community Associations Institute and has also received the highest designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).

Janet Fernandez, CAM CMCA AMS PCAM

Director of Operations

Janet joined C&S in 2014.  A licensed CAM, CMCA AMS and PCAM, the highest designation a manager can earn.  Her position with C&S ranges from staff training to association management and project coordination.   Janet is certified to teach the Board Certification class to newly elected/appointed Board Members.  She hosts the Board Certification class once per month as a courtesy to our clients. 

Dana Cloer, CAM CMCA

Executive Assistant/Association Manager

Now living in Parrish, Dana was born and raised in Sarasota County. A licensed Community Association Manager, Dana is the assistant to the President of C&S and she manages a few select communities. Dana is nationally board certified having attained the CMCA designation.  At home Dana spends time with her two dogs that she loves very much. She visits with family often and spends a lot of time at Disney World. Dana will love to tell you how she is obsessed with all things Disney! Dana is continuing her education and is pursuing her PCAM designation.  

Betsy Davis, CAM CMCA

Senior Association Manager

Betsy was born and raised in Bradenton, Florida.   After graduating from Florida State University, Betsy began a successful 18 year administrative/management career at Tropicana Products.  Betsy is a 2011 Leadership Manatee graduate focusing leadership knowledge and skills for the long-term benefit of this community.  Betsy is very passionate about animal rescue and volunteers her time for several different local organizations. Betsy received her CAM license in 2015 and CMCA (Board Certified) in 2019.  She looks forward to continue her advancement in her management career in order to meet the demands of this dynamic profession. 

Bill McGann, CAM CMCA

Association Manager

Bill is originally from Lindenhurst, New York and currently resides in Parrish, Florida.  Bill was a very successful distribution business owner for over ten years prior to becoming a licensed CAM.  Bill is continuing his education to become Board Certified with the CMCA designation and in his free time he enjoys time at the beach and walking through the many parks in Florida.  

Nicole North, CAM CMCA

Association Manager

A native of Bradenton, Florida, Nicole joined C&S Management in 2020.  A Board Certified, licensed Community Association Manager, she has over fifteen years’ experience in customer service, leadership, administrative, and event planning. Nicole strives to go that extra mile and provide superior customer service for her clients. She is continuing her education and is pursuing her AMS designation. In her free time, Nicole enjoys biking, kayaking, going to the beach, and spending time with family. 

Jennifer Johnson, CAM CFCAM

Senior Association Manager

Jennifer is originally from Andover Massachusetts. She moved to Sarasota in 2001 as a Registered Dental Hygienist and looking for a change, got her CAM license in 2005. The bulk of Jennifer’s CAM career has been as a portfolio manager. Jennifer enjoys interacting with people, working with vendors and solving problems. She continues to advance her education, most recently earning the Certified Florida Community Association Manager designation.  In her spare time Jennifer enjoys biking, reading and spending time with friends.

Julie Conway, CAM

Senior Association Manager

Julie was born and raised in Muncie Indiana and attended Ball State University. Julie pursued a career in retail and for 14 years was in charge of accounts receivable and training coordination for Albertsons. Julie has been with C&S since 2002 and is continuing her education toward higher designations.

Anthony DiBiagio, CAM

Association Manager

Anthony is from Columbus, Ohio and has lived in Florida since 2005. As a licensed community association manager, he manages a variety of properties including single family homes, condominiums, and townhomes. Anthony has a long history of working in the hospitality industry, and he previously managed a large portfolio of vacation rentals prior to becoming a CAM. Anthony is pursuing the internationally recognized CMCA designation and is excited to continue his education as a CAM. In his free time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his partner and dog, trips to beach, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. 

Alexia Gamundi, CAM

Association Manager

Alexia was born and raised in Miami, FL and moved to Bradenton to work for C&S.  After nine years of customer service experience, Alexia began her community management career in 2017 in Miami before moving to C&S and Bradenton in 2019.   Alexia utilizes great customer service skills working with her communities.   She truly enjoys what she does and is always excited to continue learning and taking on new challenges.  When Alexia is not working, she loves being with her friends and family.

Ivy Kaull, CAM

Association Manager

Ivy was born and raised in Bradenton, Florida, now calling Parrish home. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida, she began her property management career in 2020 before transitioning into association management and acquiring her CAM license. Outside of work, Ivy enjoys reading and spending time with her pets, friends, and family.

Kasia Matt, CAM

Association Manager

Originally from Poland, Kasia moved to Central New Jersey where she was a Property Manager for 17 years.  Kasia moved with her family to beautiful Florida in 2019 where she transitioned into community management.  Kasia loves her work, helping owners to continue to enjoy their homes within the community.  In her spare time, she loves to go to the beach for long walks with her best friend, golden retriever Max.

Judi Morrison, CAM

Association Manager

Born and raised in Western New York, specifically, Lockport.  Worked a 20 year career with Delta Development of WNY, Inc.  After wearing many hats, Judi left as a senior property manager and held an Associate broker license. 

Having an associate degree in Legal Studies from Niagara County Community College, Judi obtained her BBA in 2005, and an MBA in 2016 from Medaille College in Buffalo.  

After moving to Florida in the summer of 2016, Judi obtained her LCAM in October of 2016. 

Last but certainly not least, Judi is very proud of her beautiful daughter, a wonderful step son and 2 "woof" "dogters"!

 

Salvatore Muno, CAM

Association Manager

Sal has fifteen years community assoication management experieince and is continuing his education in community association management to attain higher designations. 

Marisol Ramsey, CAM

Association Manager

Marisol was born in NY and now calls Parrish/Palmetto home.  With over 20 years of experience in Customer Service and Administration, she began her career in association management in 2023 as an assistant and acquired her CAM license in 2024.

Outside of work, Marisol enjoys spending time with her husband, their dog, family and friends.

Adam Schaffer, CAM

Association Manager

Adam was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and has called Florida home since 2015. He brings a strong background in customer service and an extensive career in hospitality, having managed hotels and resorts throughout the Southeast—from Savannah to Key West—for leading brands including Hyatt, Hilton, and Marriott. After earning his LCAM designation, Adam transitioned into community association management, where he continues to build on his leadership, and service experience. He is committed to professional growth and looks forward to pursuing the internationally recognized CMCA designation. In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time at the beach, dancing, and making memories with family and friends.

Daniel Shepard, CAM

Association Manager

Daniel has resided in Manatee County since 1976 and saw most of the Associations C&S manages being built. He came to C&S in 2021, having worked as an analyst in the utilities department of American Metering Service since 2004. Daniel also served on the Board of Directors for his own Condominium Association for 9 years (6 years in the role of Treasurer). Daniel is now managing Associations for C&S and working with Boards on the other side of the board table.

Jennie Snow, CAM

Association Manager

Jennie moved from Maine to Bradenton in 2011.  Coming from Habitat for Humanity for 7 years, Jennie joined the C&S team in February of 2026.  In addition to holding a CAM license, Jennie is pursuing board certification with the CMCA designation.   When not at work she enjoys time with her fiancé and dogs and she also enjoys bowling and running various 5K events and is also a member of the USBC and the Manatee Track Club.

Jennifer Trullinger, CAM

Association Manager

A central Florida native, Jennifer moved to the Bradenton area in 2024. With 10 years of extensive Quality and Learning Leadership experience for Fortune 500 companies across the U.S., Jennifer has a passion for absorbing knowledge. She transitioned from people management to community management after acquiring her Community Association Management license and plans to further her education and pursue her CMCA designation.

Sherie Brown

Co-Founder

Leaving a career as the assistant to the Controller of the Bradenton Herald, Sherie began a new career in community association management. An early CAM license holder, Sherie and Chris started the community association management company from their condominium dining room in the mid 1980s.  Sherie has been awarded the CMCA and AMS designations.


Other team members include accountants, administrative assistants, compliance inspectors, and others who will be pleased to assist your community association.
