To speed the consideration of this application, the Applicant represents that the following information is the truth. He or she is aware that misrepresenting the facts will result in rejection. 

The Applicant consents to further inquiry of the references provided. He or she specifically consents to a background report that includes a credit check. Also, he or she hereby authorizes disclosure of information by Equifax or such other background rating agency service that may be chosen by the Association.  Employment records, any criminal records, and rental history also may be checked by the Association and verified. Finally, the Applicant hereby authorizes the disclosure of such information to the Association by a reporting agency.

Occupancy of the unit is limited to a single family (the owners, their parents, or their children). Owners may rent unit subject to Association approval and applicable restrictions, rules, and regulations.

By signing this application, I acknowledge that Meadowcroft South Condominium Association, Inc., has fifteen (15) days to consider this application after the Board of Directors receives it. 

Occupancy of the unit before approval of the application will result in disapproval.
