IMPORTANT

By signing this application, I am aware of and will abide by all applicable restrictions, rules, and regulations governing the use of the units and the condominium property; which include, but are not limited to:

  • Martinique South is a residential community 
  • Pets are not allowed 
  • Parking only in unit’s assigned space/s
  • Martinique South Parking Pass must be clearly displayed 
  • Rentals require certificates from city, county and state 
  • Certificate is displayed clearly on unit window 
  • No smoking on common grounds, unless in designated area 
  • Architectural integrity must be maintained 
  • No signs may be posted
  • Blinds/shades closed during “Turtle Season”- May 1-October 31

I acknowledge that Martinique South Condominium Association, Inc., has fifteen (15) days to consider this application after the Board of Directors receives it.
