The Carlyle Community, a part of the Villages of Palm-Aire, is a great neighborhood which is convenient to all that Sarasota and Bradenton has to offer. We are located in Sarasota within Manatee County between University Parkway and SR 70, near the intersection of Lockwood Ridge Road and Whitfield.
The Carlyle Community consists of over 300 homes, common areas, and the Carlyle Commons with its heated community pool, tennis/pickle ball/basketball court and playground.
We are a deed-restricted community with an active Homeowners Association (HOA). All homeowners are members of the Carlyle Community Association and agree to follow our Declarations, By-laws, Policies and Procedures and Rules and Regulations. Quarterly HOA fees cover the cost of maintaining the Carlyle Commons, lakes, and all other common areas.
Social Activities
The Carlyle Communications Committee provides popular Meet and Greets throughout the year offering residents the opportunity to meet new neighbors and catch up with those who live nearby. The Committee also publishes the Carlyle Connection, a quarterly newsletter with articles of interest and updates on community news. Additionally, Carlyle residents have started several activities in our community including “Lunch Bunch”, Bunco, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Book Club, and Mahjong.
