C&S Irma Update, Still No Electricity, Data Lines

Outages

C&S offices still do not have electricity, phone lines or data/internet lines as of this morning.  The chart shows that unfortunately less than half of the affected locations have had electricity restored as of this 6:00 AM this morning.  While C&S does have generators available, without phone and data lines, we still cannot access any email sent to our regular CSCMSI email addresses or process any work.  The main station which houses the phone and data/internet lines for our location and the other businesses in the area also needs electricity to function.   Hopefully service will be restored shortly. In the meantime please continue to use This email address is being protected from spambots. C&S Irma Update, The Next Morning

Fortunately the C&S offices were not badly damaged from Irma and are useable.  Unfortunately there is no electricity, no working phone lines, and no working internet lines.  Until electricity and internet is restored C&S regular email accounts will not work.  Please continue to use our emergency email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..   We will post an update to our website and Facebook page as soon as email is working or we have further information.

C&S Update, Irma Almost Here

trackmap_storm1

The bands from Hurricane Irma have started hitting the Suncoast area.  Hopefully everyone has evacuated or are prepared and in a safe place.   For as long as phone lines continue to work you may place emergency calls to C&S as normal.   Our servers were dismantled and relocated yesterday to storage in a safer location so our regular CSCMSI email addresses are no longer working.   We are monitoring This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will continue to until there is an interruption of service by internet providers such as Verizon, and Spectrum.  Your email will be forwarded to your association manager and they will reply to you or call.   If your emergency is life threatening, contact 911 and other government emergency providers.

C&S will be closed on Monday but based on circumstances, we will be handling email and phone calls to whatever degree is possible.   The State and County has warned that due to the high winds and flying debris the roads will be full of nails so that no one is to drive on the roads until they have been cleared by the State or County.   You may be used to your C&S manager being onsite immediately after a storm but due to the nature of this storm it may not be possible to be onsite as quickly as everyone would like.

To all our clients please be safe.  Property and belongings can and will be replaced but your life is irreplaceable.

Hurricane Irma Update From C&S

Hurricane Irma Update From C&S

Unfortunately the latest path changes have not been good for our Suncoast area of Florida.   At some time Saturday, the C&S main server will be disconnected and transported to a safer location.  At that point our regular email service and client websites will no longer be available.   A full backup of all data will also be in route to Maryland and a third location.  To send an email to C&S you may use our emergency email address which is not local and should stay in operation throughout the storm.  It is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Your emergency email will be forwarded to your association manager to respond.  We will reply as soon as data lines for Verizon, ATT, etc. are available.   We certainly hope that matters will not be this bad but we want to plan for worst case scenarios.    Please include your association’s name and as much information as possible in your emergency email to us.   If you have a life-threatening emergency you will need to call 911 or contact County or State Emergency Services.

We will provide updates on our Website and Facebook as circumstances permit.

Letter From DBPR Secretary, Hurricane Irma

Computer Servers Replacement and Upgrade

server.jpg

Beginning today (Friday) at 5:00 PM, C&S will be replacing and upgrading our computer servers.  This project will be completed by Tuesday morning when we reopen and hopefully sooner.  C&S will not have access to email and any remote computer network during the process.  Our client websites which are housed on our servers will also not be accessible until the replacement and upgrade process is complete.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this project creates.

Happy Fourth of July!!
