C&S Management in the next couple of weeks will be moving to paperless applications for our clients. This is the strongest recomendation we have found to increase security and fraud protection for those applying to lease or purchase a home or condominium unit. The digital ap
plication will be found on the home page of each community’s website.
In addition to extra safety, an online application process dramatically increases convenience since the application can be completed and submitted from anywhere at any time.
Watch for the Application Button on the bottom of your website homepage and you can start using it.
