Welcome to The Glen Condominium Association!

The Glen is located on N. Beneva Rd. between 12th Street and Fruitville Rd. This land was part of the 155 acres that was deeded by Sarasota to the Ringling Circus for their Winter Quarters back in 1927.
 
We are within walking distance to Publix, Walgreens, a Post Office, several banks, and the bus is accessible for longer trips, or for those who don’t feel the need for a car.
 
We are a small complex of 24 one story villas, and 7 two story townhouses. All units have two bedrooms and two baths, along with substantial extra storage inside each unit. We have a pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts.
 
Included in our monthly maintenance fee is: water, sewer & trash, pest control, basic cable, lawn care, hazard insurance, and the roofs are covered by the association as well. Funded reserve items are roofing, paving, and building restoration. Pest Control includes both an outdoor perimeter treatment, and an indoor treatment annually. These treatments should prevent indoor pest problems; however, if you have a problem you can call them for service. Basic pest issues are covered under our contract; special items may require payment from the unit owner.
 
Please make sure you have received the Condominium Documents which outline the Declaration, Bylaws, and any amendments to these documents. The Rules & Regulations you are being provided are based on these documents. Living in a Condominium places certain restrictions on the unit owner and it is your responsibility to understand what is and is not allowed, or what items, if any require prior approval from the Board of Directors. It is the owner’s responsibility to contact C & S to receive monthly coupons or arrange automatic withdrawal of the monthly maintenance fees.
 
Board Meetings are usually the third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM in the Clubhouse. Any changes or cancellations of the meeting will be posted in the message box at the clubhouse.
